• Design and synthesis of point mutation immunisation peptide (10 mg, high purity) and it corresponding control peptide.
• Conjugation of the immunisation peptide to KLH
• Immunisation of two rabbits using a 12 week standard protocol.
• Collection of pre-immune serum and three immune serum samples.
• ELISA testing of first serum sample against the immunisation and control peptides.
• Point mutation specific affinity purification using a total of 20 ml of crude serum.

Additional services can be added to this package. Some examples include;

• Antibody aliquotation
• Antibody labelling, such as biotin or FITC.
