Custom service: polyclonal rabbit IgG
We provide a custom immunisation service for rabbits. You may supply your own antigen or have us produce it as either a recombinant protein or a synthetic peptide. Please contact us for a free consultation in order to determine your requirements as well as project feasibility and estimated cost.
The basic service package includes;
- Immunisation of one rabbit using our standard protocol.
- Collection of pre-immune serum and three immune serum samples.
- ELISA testing of first serum sample.
Additional services can be added to this package. Some examples include;
- Antigen design and production.
- Isolation of total IgG.
- Antigen specific affinity purification (monospecific antibody).
- Antibody labelling, such as biotin or FITC.
- Removal of anti-GST antibody, when your antigen is a GST fusion protein.
