The RetroSys™ RT Activity Kit

Optimised for the colorimetric quantitative determination of RT activity from lentiviruses, such as HIV, in cell culture supernatants and other biological samples. It could also be used for in vitro screening, and for characterisation of RT inhibitors.

The RetroSys™ C-type RT Activity Kit

Optimised for the colorimetric quantitative determination of Mn2+ dependent RT activity from C-type retroviruses such as Moloney murine leukemia virus (MmuLV).
