Standard protocol

This is a 12 week immunisation protocol for 1 rabbit according to:

Day 0 Collection of pre-immune serum ~10 ml
Day 0 Primary immunisation
Day 14 First booster
Day 28 Second booster
Day 42 First serum sample ~20 ml
Day 49 Third booster
Day 63 Second serum sample ~20 ml
Day 70 Fourth booster
Day 84 Production lot ~60 ml

This protocol ends with a terminal bleed on day 84. However, it may be extended for as long as it is needed in four-week cycles according to:

Day 14 Booster
Day 28 Serum sample ~20 ml

Ample time is given to decide on termination or continuation and a terminal bleed is performed only when ordered by the customer.
