Peptide-carrier conjugation

In our experience, conjugation of the peptide to KLH via a terminal Cystein yields excellent antisera. Naturally other carriers and coupling methods are available, though in the standard package, it is assumed that the carrier is either one of KLH, BSA, or OVA.

When the peptide has been successfully conjugated to the carrier molecule, we can commence with the actual antibody production.
