If you would like to raise antibodies using your own antigen (immunogen) this package caters to most needs. It can however be extended according to your specifications. You will also be able to make modifications and additions during the course of a project.Other packages are available, such as the anti-peptide antibody package, the phospho-specific antibody package, and the monoclonal antibody package.

Order custom polyclonal antibodies
Orders can be placed in any way more convenient to you, e.g. e-mail.
· 0.5 mg of antigen/immunogen is enough; less can be used if necessary.
· The material could be lyophilized, in solution, or supplied as gel slices.
· When in solution, 0.2 mg/ml is the prefered concentration; a higher concentration is of course fine.
· The buffer should not contain compounds harmful to the animal.
· If ELISA testing should be performed, please state this explicitly with your order, and provde at least 10 µg of material for this purpose.

This service is intended for testing pre-immune sera from several hosts prior to immunization.
Pre-immune serum is always included with your order at no additional cost.
