Antiserum production

The standard package includes a 84-day protocol using one rabbit. This protocol can be modified during the course of a project. Most of our clients choose to follow the standard protocol, extending it if their needs require it. But you are in no way limited to this. You can use your own protocol, specifying the number and species of hosts you require, and a custom immunization schedule with booster injections and bleeds. Just tell us how you would like yours!

There are a number of additional services, such as;

· ELISA analysis Monitor the changes in titre of your antiserum samples.
· Affinity purification IgG purification included for the best custom antibodies for research.
· Biotinylation IgG purification included.
· Sterile filtration
· Addition of sodium azide
· Aliquotation Your antiserum in neatly labelled 1 ml aliquots.
