If you would like to raise monoclonal antibodies this package caters to most needs. It can however be modified and extended according to your specifications. You will also be able to make modifications and additions during the course of a project. Our capabilities include advanced services such as antibody isotype switching and chimerisation. · 2 mg of antigen/immunogen is required for immunizations.
· 1 mg of antigen is required for screening procedures.
· 0.2 mg/ml is the prefered concentration; a higher concentration is ok.
· The buffer should not contain compounds harmful to the animal.

Additions and pricing
Some of the additions and modifications that can be made include:· Custom peptide synthesis
Most peptides can be made: peptides with unusual amino acids, with labels,
modified, cyclic, and more. Pricing depends on your requirements.

· Conjugation to KLH / OVA / BSA
If the antigen is a small molecule such as a synthetic peptide, it is
recommended that it is conjugated to a carrier molecule such as KLH.
